  1. How long does it take to receive my order? 
    Typically, any order placed with us takes 10 days to arrive in Saint Lucia. However please be advised that shipping times may vary according to the time of year and the volume of orders to be fulfilled.   2. Is there a physical store location where I can collect my order?    
    We are a fully online store meaning that we have no physical store location. Providing that you have submitted your contact information we will contact you via call or WhatsApp message to arrange a suitable secure pick up location for both of us.  

  3. How can I keep track of my order once it’s been made?   
    If requested, we will send you a package tracking number for orders which are paid for beforehand. For orders made through pick up and pay you can contact us via WhatsApp or instagram where we will be happy to keep you up to date about your order.   

  4. Is it necessary to pay for an order beforehand?  
    It is not absolutely necessary to pay for an order beforehand as there is a pick up and pay payment option available on checkout. However, there are some advantages to paying beforehand for example, if we have a backlog of pick up and pay orders and you place a prepaid order, you won’t be subject to that backlog. Your prepaid order will be given priority over pick up and pay orders leading to faster shipping times.  

  5. How can I place a prepaid order? 
    Currently we are unable to process credit/debit card payments directly from our website. This is an issue that we are working tirelessly at to resolve, so in the meantime you can place a prepaid order by contacting us via WhatsApp or instagram where we can arrange for either a PayPal payment or a local bank transfer.
